| maida flour - 200 gms powder sugar - 200 gms butter - 200 gms egg - 4 baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon |

| PREPARATION | |
| 1. Mix the powder sugar and butter together. 2. Mix egg and beat the mixture nicely. The more you beat, softer is the cake. 3. Mix the maida flour and baking powder and continue to beat. The maida flour must be cleaned. 4. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree. 5. Grease the baking pan and pour the cake mixture in it. 6. Bake the cake for 20 to 30 minutes. |
