| Chicken - 500 gms Onion - 200gms Tomato - 200gms Green chili - 4 nos Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Tamarind Water -100ml (mild) Chili powder - 2tsp Coriander powder - 3 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves - small bunch Curry leaves -small bunch Mustard - 1/2 tsp Black pepper -1/2tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Oil - 4 table spoon Salt - According to taste |

| Clean the chicken and cut into pieces. Grind both onions and tomatoes into a paste. Add oil in big pan. Add Mustard, Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Curry leaves and Mint leaves. Fry for 30 seconds. Add the ground paste of Onion and Tomato. Add the ginger garlic paste. Add the Green Chilies. Add the tamarind paste. Medium fry for couple of minutes till you do not get the raw smell. Add chicken pieces. Add Chili Powder, Coriander powder and turmeric powder. Add salt according to taste. Add coriander leaves and curry leaves. Cook the chicken in medium heat till it forms nice thick gravy. Good to serve for 3 persons. |
