Aval Uppuma by Isai Arasi

INGREDIENTS
Flattened Rice (Aval)                      - 1 cup
Grated Coconut                              - Half Cup
Onion                                                - Half Cup
Curry Leaves                                   - Few
Coriander Leaves                          - Few
Oil, Split Black Gram, Mustard     - Small required for seasoning
Salt                                                    - As required

PREPARATION
1.  Add oil in a hot pan and add Mustard, Curry Leaves, Split Black Gram fry till it splutters

2. Add chopped onions and fry for sometime.

3. Add  soaked Flattened Rice (Aval) and mix well.

4. Add required salt and mix well.

5. Add the grated coconut and mix well.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Delicious Aval Uppuma is ready.
